MotoSwiss billet parts are designed and manufactured in the USA. 

REFUNDS/RETURNS POLICY

We want to ensure our customers are delighted with our products and offer a 30 day return policy for parts ordered in error or where manufacturing defects are observed and agreed. Please do not return parts without discussing the problem and reaching agreement with MotoSwiss. The customer bears the cost of return shipping and all parts must be unused and packaged to ensure they are returned in resalable condition. 

Agreed returns may be subject to 15% re-stocking fee to cover shipping and payment processing fees, and the customer is responsible for any additional charges such as customs duties.

MotoSwiss Billet Parts Warranty:

Please contact us directly for any warranty issues.  Warranty applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover improper installation or use of the part.

RETURNS FOR OTHER MANUFACTURERS PARTS:

MotoSwiss offers a few parts manufactured by others for the convenience of our customers. Returns for these are subject to the Manufacturer's return policies and inspection. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.  No returns on any electrical items.  We will not accept returns on any opened or used items. Returns must made within 14 days of purchase date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable and customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees. Returned items must be in like-new condition in original packaging.
